Ricotta Primo Oven
Isgò Farm's "ricotta di primo forno" (first-baked ricotta) is a typical Sicilian specialty, made from fresh ricotta which, after being delicately drained of its whey, is baked in the oven until a light golden crust forms on the surface. The inside remains soft and creamy, with a sweet, milky flavor that enhances the purity of the milk.
Prepared using artisanal methods with sheep and goat milk without preservatives or additives, it is ideal to enjoy on its own, with honey or jams.
As these are artisanal products, the indicated weight may vary by up to 100 g.
Azienda Agricola Isgrò, a certified organic farm, operates in the hills of Furnari and Tripi, producing traditional Sicilian sheep and goat cheeses.
