Refund Policy
Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, it will be the buyer's responsibility to choose the shipping method to deliver the items to our address.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make sure to resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
