Shipping Information

1. Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order, subject to product availability or other unforeseen circumstances. During holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to ensure a quick delivery.

For orders that include fresh products such as cured meats, cheeses or bread, shipping will only depart between Monday and Wednesday, to ensure maximum freshness and integrity of the product. Once received, products must be opened and stored according to the instructions provided.

2. Couriers and Shipping Costs

Shipments are made via reliable couriers, such as SDA, Bartolini or UPS, depending on the destination and type of order. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. The shipping cost for orders placed in Italy is €6.90. Shipping is free for orders over €69. The free shipping promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
For orders from other European Union countries, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

3. National Shipments

  • Continental Italy and Islands: Shipments within the national territory are carried out securely and tracable. Delivery times vary from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment. You can track the package directly from the courier's website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct. We are not responsible for address errors that cause delays or loss of the package. If you notice an error in the address, please contact us promptly.

6. Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact and safe. We use ecological and resistant packaging materials, so that your purchases arrive in the best possible condition.

7. Shipping Problems

In the event that the package does not arrive or is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the problem by initiating the claim procedure with the courier.

8. Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, as per current regulations. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. For more details, please consult our return policy.
