Pietra Zita Tomato Passata from Sant'Angelo di Brolo is made from tomatoes grown in the summer garden , grown under the Sicilian sun and harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness.
Immediately after harvesting, the tomatoes are handcrafted into a full-bodied and fragrant puree , with a fresh but intense flavour , which encapsulates all the goodness of peasant tradition.
Ideal for preparing sauces, pastas and Mediterranean dishes , it brings the true flavour of Sicily to the table in every spoonful.
