SimipiaceVulcano's Fuoco Rosso is a spicy sauce made with red chili peppers, chopped together with oil and garlic. The whole thing is then stored in small glass jars. A real spicy bomb typical of southern countries, a different way to preserve chili peppers. The sauce can be used to season pasta dishes, grilled meat, pizza or even to accompany bruschetta.
