Salina White IGP - Cantine Colosi
Cantine Colosi's Salina Bianco IGP is a white wine of great character, the result of a balanced blend of 50% Inzolia and 50% Catarratto, cultivated in the picturesque area of Capo Faro – Salina on volcanic soil.
Visually, it presents with a straw yellow color embellished with greenish reflections. Cantine Colosi+1 The nose reveals delicate and Mediterranean aromas: hints of ripe fruit — white peach, citrus, and yellow-fleshed fruit — accompanied by floral notes and an elegant mineral nuance typical of volcanic soil.
On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and fruity, with a minerality that provides balance and a good acidity that enhances its vitality and pleasantness.
Salina Bianco IGP is perfect with fish dishes, seafood, crustaceans, or light pasta courses, ideal as a white wine to accompany a summer dinner, a seafood lunch, or an elegant aperitif.
Serve chilled, at approximately 8-10 °C, to best appreciate its qualities.
