Rosato Sicilia DOC "Cariddi" - Colosi Wineries
The Cariddi Rosato DOC from Cantine Colosi, made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, is a fresh and vibrant Sicilian rosé. It presents a bright pink color tending towards garnet, clear and luminous.
On the nose, it offers an intense and fruity aroma, with hints of wild berries and delicate vinous notes that anticipate a fresh and harmonious bouquet.
On the palate, it is savory, fresh, and balanced, with a pleasant equilibrium between softness and acidity, making it a versatile and immediate rosé. The short maceration of the skins and aging in temperature-controlled steel tanks preserve its fragrance and aromatic vivacity.
With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs perfectly with white meats, cured meats, appetizers, and light dishes.
Serve at 10–12 °C to best enhance its freshness and fruity aromas.
