Dill Honey
Dill Honey from Mieli Siciliani , a rare and prized product, harvested in the sunny plains of Trapani , between 100 and 200 meters above sea level. This honey originates in a unique environment, where nature follows the ancient rhythm of the seasons: wild dill blooms spontaneously in the wheat fields immediately after the harvest, gifting bees with an intense and brief, yet incredibly aromatic, bloom.
Mieli Siciliani di Antonio Cautela, located in Tripi (Messina), has been producing honey and beehive products for 17 years. With around 500 hives, Antonio offers a wide range of monofloral honeys, such as thistle, citrus, honeydew, chestnut, eucalyptus and many others. The company has received several national awards for the quality of its products.
