Plum Jam
Our Plum Jam is a true Sicilian rarity, made with small, very sweet plums resembling grapes, grown on the island of Vulcano and harvested only between mid-July and early August. This limited production makes each jar even more precious.
With an intense and naturally sweet taste, it stands out for its thick consistency and deep purple color, a sign of artisanal processing that preserves all the properties and natural benefits of the fruit.
