Pietra Zita Quince Jelly is a Sicilian artisanal delicacy , made in Sant'Angelo di Brolo (Messina) with quinces grown on the land of the Pietra Zita farm .
Each fruit is hand-picked and processed using traditional methods, using only cane sugar and lemon juice , without preservatives or additives.
The result is a natural jelly, golden in color and with an authentic flavor , capturing all the freshness and fragrance of freshly picked fruit. Perfect for accompanying cheeses , spreading on bread or toast , or enhancing desserts and tarts , it represents the essence of Sicilian sweet tradition .
