This jam is made exclusively with figs from the island of Vulcano, in a limited production. The sweet flavor of the fig is delicately balanced by lemon peel, which adds a fresh citrus note. Perfect for spreading on bread or biscuits, it is ideal for enriching tarts, desserts and ice cream. It also pairs beautifully with fresh cheeses and ricotta.
