Bolentino - Grillo DOC Sparkling Brut - Cantine Colosi
The Bolentino Spumante Brut by Cantine Colosi is a fresh and vibrant Sicilian sparkling wine, made from 100% Grillo grapes grown on calcareous and sandy soils in the Marsala area.
It presents with a pale straw yellow color, lively and bright. The nose releases aromas of white flowers and bread crust, with delicate citrus notes that make the bouquet fine and fragrant.
On the palate it is mineral, fresh and savory, with a pleasant dryness and a lively freshness, ideal for toasts or accompanying light dishes.
With an alcoholic content of 12% vol., it is perfect as an aperitif, or paired with cured meats, cheeses, fried fish, shellfish and desserts, making it versatile for any occasion.
It is recommended to serve it chilled, at around 6–8 °C, to enhance its freshness and finesse.
