MINCHIA NERA from Birrificio Sikania is a Stout craft beer produced in Messina, intense and enveloping, inspired by the British tradition of dark, high-alcohol beers. With a deep black color and dark brown reflections, it captivates with elegant toasted notes of coffee, licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a full and decisive flavor, and a balanced and pleasant bitterness. Ideal to pair with cocoa desserts, dry pastries, blue cheeses and oysters.
