The FUTTITINNI BIANCA from Birrificio Sikania is a high-fermentation Belgian Blanche craft beer, produced in Messina with unmalted wheat and ancient Sicilian "Perciasacchi" grain, with a light, fresh, and thirst-quenching character. With a pale golden blonde color and the natural turbidity typical of the style, it releases fruity and citrusy aromas with delicate notes of spices and coriander. On the palate, it is refreshing and smooth, with a slightly acidic and spicy finish. Perfect with smoked cured meats, aged cheeses, Mediterranean cold pasta and light summer dishes.
