The FUTTITINNI APA from Birrificio Sikania is a craft American Pale Ale produced in Messina, with an intense and citrusy aromatic profile. With a clear copper color and a creamy and persistent head, it releases aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom, pineapple and mandarin thanks to American hops. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a slight caramel sweetness, followed by a decisive and prolonged bitter finish. Perfect with braised meats, wild greens, artichokes, and structured cheeses.
