White IGP Sicilian Lands "Cariddi" - Cantine Colosi
The Bianco IGP Terre Siciliane – Linea Cariddi from Cantine Colosi is a fresh and harmonious wine, obtained from a blend of 50% Inzolia and 50% Catarratto, cultivated in the areas of Sciacca and Salemi on clayey soils.
It presents a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a fragrant and floral bouquet, with notes of white flowers and hints of yellow-fleshed fruit.
On the palate, it is fresh, savoury and pleasantly fruity, with excellent persistence and an ideal balance between softness and acidity. With its alcohol content of 12.5% vol., this white from the Cariddi line is perfect as an aperitif, or to accompany fish dishes, seafood, delicate appetizers or light first courses.
Serve at 8–10 °C to enhance all its freshness and delicate aromas.
