Indigeno was born in the kitchen, from the encounter between the creativity of Agata, a cooking teacher, and the narrative sensitivity of Rita, a journalist and writer. No ancient recipes handed down, but a free and instinctive experimentation that has its roots in the botany of Etna and in an authentic love for the wild Sicilian nature.
