It is produced with Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccino and Corinto Nero grapes, grown exclusively in the Malfa area (Salina).
It has a ruby red color, the aroma recalls the wild herbs typical of the Mediterranean scrub and the taste has nuances of morello cherry and wild blackberry.
It is an easy-drinking wine that pairs very well with carpaccio, light or slightly aged cheeses and grilled red meats.
