There Malvasia delle Lipari DOC Passito of the company agricultural Virgona awarded Silver Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025, is produced with the 95% Malvasia grapes and for the rest 5% black corinth , grown on the splendid and sunny Malfa hills , on the island of Salina .
It's a passito from the amber-orange color with copper reflections , The perfume it is broad, intense, enveloping but of fine quality, with notes of apricot, anise and honey .
To the taste it is confirmed Sweet , complex but balanced , full and seductive .
It's a meditation wine which can be enjoyed together with blue cheeses , typical Sicilian sweets , dry pastries and it is protagonist of traditional Aeolian gastronomic recipes .
