Campisi anchovies are caught according to tradition and cured for at least 5-6 months. After their long maturation, they are cleaned, filleted, and jarred by hand with care and precision, following the ancient Sicilian art. The whole process is finished with a delicate coating of olive oil, which enhances their authentic flavor.
Campisi extra-fine anchovies are perfect enjoyed plain or as an addition to pasta dishes, salads, pizzas, and focaccias. They're also ideal for a delicious aperitif with crusty bread.

Conservazione
In luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano da fonti di calore e raggi solari diretti, a temperature non superiori a 10°C. Una volta aperta la confezione ricoprire d’olio e conservare in frigo.
