Extra Mulberry Jam
This jam, with an intense and refined flavor, is made with fruits from Sicily. The black mulberry, a fruit with an ancient tradition, ripens between May and July, taking on a purple color that enhances its beneficial properties, rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Mulberry jam is perfect spread on bread or rusks, to fill tarts, or to accompany with yogurt and ricotta. It also goes splendidly with roasts and game dishes, enriching each preparation with its unique flavor.
